Sometimes I buy coloring books, I take a complete punt on the book. There may not be any cover art, sneak peeks or an unknown artist and publisher. This is one of the coloring books where I took a chance – and I’m so glad that I did!

My only niggle with this gorgeous Japanese coloring book is the title translation. Describing it as a mandala book seems quite unfair when you see the art inside. It is not mandalas as we know it but rather artwork perhaps in a symmetrical format.
