Colouring for Mindfulness – Garden edition is part of the Colouring for Mindfulness series.
This book measures 22 cm x 17 cm and is distinguished with a lime green spine and a partly coloured cute cover.
Inside you will find 50 designs printed on both sides of the paper with a garden theme. The images are primarily floral based, trees, owls and birds.
The majority of illustrations are printed on a single side of the paper with a few double page spreads.
There are some sections that ask you to fill in the spaces yourself. I always ignore these instructions as I would prefer to color in rather than illustrate and color in.

The line work is fine black which is quite crisp. If you have visual issues you should be able to see the line work with ease.
