- detailed illustrations with patterning can be calming to color if you suffer from anxiety
- illustrations are printed mostly in a dull black fine to medium line which is easy to see
- the small details on some illustrations may be difficult to see if you have a minor visual or motor impairment
- some double-page scenes
- a range of solo animals with whitespace to create your own backgrounds (if you wish) and pages with more detail
- some illustration do run to the ditch of the book and may be difficult to color
