Scenic Lighthouses Coloring Book  Review
There is something very comforting about a lighthouse. Â Â It’s strong, structural presence on the horizon is often a talking point in many coastal towns. Â Â It’s only natural that this figure that represents security would be so popular in home decorating and the art world.
A whole coloring book full of lighthouses and how they interact with the landscape has been incorporated in this coloring book. Â Â Perfect to color in and frame or even give as a gift, if you can bear to share.
Cover & Layout
The cover features a thin card with line art on on the left and the artist’s branding on the right.  Unusually, there is  no title on the cover.
On the back cover, a colored image from the book has been printed as inspiration.
Information about the artist is printed on the inside front cover and contact details on the back inner cover.
Scenic Lighthouses Coloring Book  is roughly A4 sized measuring approximately 28cm x 21.5cm with the binding.
Ancillary Pages
There are no ancillary pages.
Layout
Each illustration has been printed on medium to heavy white paper that has a slight tooth to it. Â The images are all single sided and have spiral metal coil binding. Â You can easily remove the page from the book for coloring and framing.
All of the drawings have been well positioned on the page and centered.
Thought  seems to have gone into the positioning of the image near the binding, to ensure that you won’t damage the picture if you are over zealous with your tearing from the coil binding.
Scenic Lighthouses Coloring Book Images and Illustrations
There are 20 illustrations in Scenic Lighthouses Coloring Book. Â All have been drawn in a crisp, black ink. Â Â The line weight is medium to thick which makes it suitable for colorists of all ages and particularly colorists that have a minor visual impairment.
You will find lighthouses as a focal point in a variety of  scenes common for these structures;  in the distance overlooking the town, by the seaside, with boats and ships, as the star of a fort and alone with the waves crashing on to it.
A few little cloud or bird details have been added to the background of some images.
