Design Originals always have a starting section with tips on colouring for new users. In addition, they have colored images of some of the drawings. The balance of the book consists of the black and white line art printed on single sided white paper. The paper is perforated for easy removal. On the reverse of each illustration there is a printed quote. The quote is printed in light grey so as not to show through to the other side of the paper.
I love the cover image of Happy Campers – reminds me of the 50’s style caravans you often see around. I expected to see a lot of “campervan” images in the book but that was not to be. There are a few but it is not a book of caravans or campervans 🙂 It’s more a book of illustrations of places where you can camp out whether you are human or otherwise. There are some really cute illustrations in the book and it has a nice theme to it.
