This book is part of the Coloring is Fun series published by Design Originals and illustrated by Thaneeya McArdle.

Design Original do an amazing job with the publication of their books for the price point.    Each book has tips on colouring at the start of the book (in colour!) together with some completed coloured images from the book.    The illustrations in the book are all printed on single sided white paper that is perforated for easy removal.

I love this book.   I am a big fan of Thaneeya McArdle and really like her naive style of art.       Her work tends to lend itself to bright, vibrant colours and the line work is large enough that I do not need to put on my glasses 🙂    Some people may find that the line work is too simple for them (I personally love that).    Even with simple line work there are lots of opportunities for the experienced colorist to do complicated blending and shading.   Personally, I just like to get the markers out and have some easy colouring time.
