Sami Sparrow’s Emporium of Colour & Delight Review
The book has a lovely card cover that has some bold printed color on it that has a high gloss effect. You could possibly colour the cover with markers. It is glossy so I assume only alcohol based markers like Copics or Sharpies would work.
This book is illustrated by Sydney based artist, Sami Sparrow. The book is approximately 64 pages and has designs printed on both sides of the paper. This is very disappointing as the paper is good quality and perforated for easy removal. It is a shame that the publisher has gone to the expense of publishing on perforated high quality paper but has chosen to print on both sides. This means that you will not be able to use both images – ie to frame or otherwise.
The illustrations are of a doodle, tangle nature. Some of the illustrations have inspirational messages written on them. I would have preferred being able to colour the fonts on these messages but most of them are filled with solid colour (or are quite small).
