Dream Woods is a coloring book like no other that I have. The book is not bound in the traditional way, but tied with ribbon in bows! By undoing the bows of the “book” you release the frameable prints inside.
The prints are approximately 30cm x 21cm. The hand drawn illustrations are printed on good quality white cardstock. There are 31 prints in the book. Thirty of the illustrations are on approximately A4 size. There is a range of illustrations including people and animals that have, on the whole, been nicely centred on the page. However, there are about 3 illustrations where the perforated holes impede on the illustration – making it difficult to frame.
At the back of the “book” there is an intricate labyrinth with 31 hidden hearts in it for you to find. This illustration folds out to A3 size.
A lot of thought has gone into this beautiful, handmade product. The illustrations are all well outlined in crisp, black lines. There are also images for different skill levels with some images more complex than others.
