This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all coloring books being released. Bear in mind, that there are hundreds and hundreds of books being released every month. I cannot possibly keep up with all of them!
This list of new releases is only books that have taken my fancy, and that I think that you may like as well. Due to the high cost of postage for most readers, this list will usually not include International releases.
Please also bear in mind that different countries often have different publication dates. Something may be released in the US earlier than in the UK or vice versa.

Little Secrets from my Fairy House Coloring Book
We’ve waited for over a year for Klara Markova’s next coloring book and it’s worth the wait. Little Secrets from my Fairy House is inspired by Klara’s own new home (which sounds like a fairy wonderland!). Inside you will find pictures “inspired by my fairy house and garden.. from the pond that is nearby, I created a small sea in my imagination full of mermaids, sea horses, and little sea dragons..In the book you will find many elves and fairies, little dragons and little witches with cats- inside my kitchen cabinet which are making herbal perfumes, mandrake babies from my greenhouse, but also a weasel ( living under the roof of my garage ) who takes two little fairies to a picnic, and a mole who, when I put buzzing scarecrows in the ground, started playing the saxophone and definitely didn’t move away 
and much, much more cuties.”
As usual, the cover is beautifully colored with gilding BUT this cover also has a nighttime version (it glows in the dark!) so you can see the fairies at play at night! The pages are printed on cream 150 gsm paper, the same as all of Klara’s previous coloring books. There are 112 pages including 4 double-page and 1 page with opening special Christmas “doors” which is similar to the format that Klara has used for all of her coloring books.

Mermaid Coloring Book
Artist Denisse Escobar has just released a new PDF coloring book featuring 20 illustrations of mermaids. The greyscale mermaids feature both men and women as well as a variety of other elements including shells, sea creatures, and ships. Some of the drawings are surreal and a little bit creepy which offers great variety. The illustrations are hand drawn before being digitally enhanced. This book is a PDF download so you can download, and print it out on your own paper. Denisse has a number of other coloring books which are all stunning!

The Mice Before Christmas Coloring Book
Get ready for Christmas with this gorgeous grayscale “mice-themed” coloring book. According to the publishers, this is the “prequel to Clement Clarke Moore’s famous poem “The Night Before Christmas.” Illustrations are by Wendy Edelson who has previously released other grayscale coloring books like The Bakers Dozen and Quackling.
