This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all coloring books being released. Bear in mind, that there are hundreds and hundreds of books being released every month. I cannot possibly keep up with all of them!
This list of new releases is only books that have taken my fancy, and that I think you may like as well. Due to the high cost of postage for most readers, this list will usually not include International releases.
Please also bear in mind that different countries often have different publication dates. Something may be released in the US earlier than in the UK or vice versa.

Another gorgeous Halloween book from the lovely Molly Harrison.  You will find “cute witches, vampires, ghosts, cats, fall fairies, haunted houses, and more!” There are 50 illustrations printed on single-sided pages.  The images are duplicated (one light background and one dark background).

Saesami Atelier Coloring Book
Korean illustrator, Hyeji Lee has created another cute coloring book this time featuring museums.  In this book, you will find various art museums like Leeum, Whanki Museum, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul Museum of Art, and Seoul Arts Center.  The publisher states “the museum that can be enjoyed like a trip or a walk, introduces artists and works, and introduces food and entertainment around the museum through stories and coloring“.  There is also a chapter for the reader to draw the work of a famous writer himself.
The illustrations are cute and playful as you can see from the sample below.

Nice Yoshiko Squirrel and the Residents of the Antique Town
This cute-as-a-button Japanese coloring book by Mona features the four seasons in a little town.  You will find bears, squirrels, rabbits and foxes in this fairy tale world. As it is set in a little town you will also find a “General store, coffee shop, studio, rose garden, park with a view of the sea, brick walls, stone-paved paths, fireplaces, stone kilns, and more“.  I believe that this book may also include a PDF download of a postcard and a colored print that you can print out and enjoy.
