"Jasmine Becket-Griffith joins Alice on her adventures down the rabbit hole in 55 scenes of big-eyed wonder. Colour the pool of tears, the Madhatter's infamous tea party, the frog footman and some looking-glass insects.
Alice, also, ventures beyond the looking glass and into art history where she tackles Bosch monsters, poses for Da Vinci, masquerades as a Bouguereau Princess and checks just how extremely late she is on a Dali clock. Wherever she goes, a little Wonderland goes with her and the Cheshire Cat is never far behind."

Alice in Wonderland Coloring Book – Features
Usually, when we think of Alice in Wonderland Coloring Books they narrate the fairy tale in illustrations and chronological sequence. Jasmine Becket-Griffith does things a bit differently. Her Alice in Wonderland features pictures of Alice as you would expect from the story of Alice in the Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass but it also features Alice in other settings.  Alice as a character comes to life and escapes her story confines with Jasmine’s interpretation.   I love seeing the way Alice in Wonderland is interpreted by different artists but this is the first time I’ve seen Alice as a character in other settings.

I bought a different book on alice in wonderland coloring book for my youngest granddaughter because that was the theme for her youngest baby – her name is alice and everything for her was alice in wonderland – even found a bib for her that had alice in wonderland – so when i saw on ebay i think a book on coloring alice in wonderland got it for her as alice birthday is coming up – the cover was different than the one you show so is there another alice in wonderland coloring book like the one i got my granddaughter – i started out with some different color books and now have joined marjorie sarant link on facebook – but i find as a beginner all coloring books are hard to color – people on that link told me to enjoy coloring and not worry about shading and colors i am using – like alice in wonderland – its all made up anyway
Wow! What a great theme for your granddaughter! I’m a tiny bit jealous because I love Alice in Wonderland so much. My mind is boggling at all the gorgeous “Alice” treasures your granddaughter will have to enjoy! I have an Alice teapot which is probably my most “exotic” Alice thing but I think even I need an Alice bib! There are so many Alice in Wonderland Coloring Books it boggles the mind. They are all different which I think is fabulous! You have received some great advice from the coloring group – just have fun with coloring. You can always learn techniques later but the most important thing is to just enjoy. The great thing about coloring is that you can spend and learn as little or as much as you want. Some hobbies require a far greater investment of time and resources before you can enjoy. Coloring – piece of paper and some crayons and away you go! Enjoy x
