Fairies 2 Grayscale Coloring Book

Cover & Layout

Fairies 2 Grayscale Coloring Book is the second coloring book by Christine Karron based on Fairies.   It is available in either line art or the grayscale version that I have reviewed.

Fairies 2 is available in either a physical edition from Amazon (coming soon) or a digital pdf edition.

The pdf edition features a colored cover, 20 fairy based coloring pages to color and 4 bonus pages.    You will also find copyright page, table of contents and information about the artist.  You can choose which pages to print and on your own paper.     The PDF editions are a favorite of mine as it gives a lot of flexibility to choose the paper and test out different color palettes and ideas.

If you purchase the physical edition of the book it comes with a soft cover, white trade stock paper and single sided images.

Art Work

Christine is able to draw beautiful, contemporary fairies that show the fairy as a focal point.

A beautiful scene has been created on each page which can include flowers, berries, trees and even bokeh backgrounds.

Attention has been given to each page so that the image is contained within a decorative frame that compliments and forms part of the picture.

Contrary to most fairy themed coloring books, Christine always adds a few male fairies to the mix.    Having a male fairy gives a lot of opportunity to colorists to practice techniques and shading of areas that often are overlooked in the coloring world.

Where to buy

Fairies 2 Coloring is available in either Grayscale or Line art versions.   Each version has a different cover to make it easier when selecting the book.

About the author

coloringqueen

I'm Lea and I love everything to do with coloring! If it is a coloring book, a poster or even a bookmark that you can color in, I'm all over it. Of course, a girl has to have some pencils, markers, gelly rolls, pastels and what not to make those pictures pretty and I love those as well.

Whilst my coloring style lacks skill, I am enthusiastic and focused on enjoying the moment and having fun.
